It was a long time before my last dentist appointment. You guys made me feel very comfortable. Did a great job working with my schedule and got me an appointment very quickly. I did not feel overwhelmed even though there is a lot of work to do on my teeth. I didnt feel pressured by the dentist or hygienist. They offered a treatment plan that works well for me. We also explored a couple different options. I was absolutely amazed and very excited about the new patient free exam, xrays, and cleaning. Giving this being a free service I still did not feel rushed. I was well taken care of and will be returning in the very near future to start my treatment plan. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable and welcome. A+ service from every individual I spoke with and got worked on by. Truly grateful.

The teeth cleaning was performed perfectly and Dr Scott's recommendations for dental improvement were well received and acted upon. The electric toothbrush still works!

The service is really good good as usual. The appointment started on time which is always the case and important to me. The staff are warm and very pleasant, and they really seemed to enjoy their work. They are always professional and will take their time to explain procedures. They also work to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The appointment from start to finish is very pleasant.

I went to the dental office yesterday to have a tooth pulled (wisdom tooth). Because I am an extremely nervous type I went with much trepidation. I lost sleep the night before, and, of course, could not eat any food. Dr. Abramowicz assured me that everything would be fine. Of course I had my doubts. It wasn't until Dr. A. said to me "It's all over - it's out" that I realized I hardly knew he was touching my mouth. What an experience. I left the dental office literally walking on air. It was over - and I didn't feel a thing. Not a thing. The kindness from Dr. A. and his staff is so wonderful. Thanks to all the staff and Dr. Abramowicz for everything. M. Griffith

Last visit had to be the worst experience of my life in a dental office. Not sure what my dentist was trying to do but I have never been subjected to that much pain at any time in my life except when I had my leg crushed in an industrial accident. For some reason he thought he would do me a favour and only freeze the area that he was going to work on so the freezing would be coming out about the time he was finished his procedure. Experienced excruciating pain as he seemed to be stabbing the needle directly into the nerve in the tooth itself. Thought that might be the end of it but I was wrong. Felt he couldn't get the right angle to work on my cavity so he pulled at the lip and gum area till I felt ready to scream. The assistant wasn't much better as she seemed to jam her utensils so far into the gum area that I could feel her cutting them. If this is what I have to look forward to for future visits, COUNT ME OUT. Rather have the rest of my teeth removed than go through that again. Will be at least another week before the gum area is healed enough to see a tooth brush.
