I hadn't been to a dentist in a while due to lack of $ but recently went for a cleaning and scheduled some over due services. The receptionist was lovely, walked me through updating my health history & answering all my questions. The hygienist was wonderful, only one moment of pain during the entire cleaning when touching an exposed root (but I didn't know it was even there so I'm actually glad it happened! Now I can keep an eye on it!) And the dentist, though only with me very briefly was professional and made his recommendations very clear but not in a pushy sales driven type of way. The way the office is set up is so comfortable they've really made the effort to make you feel like it's a small family business and not "clinical" or "sterile" feeling (though it absolutely is medical and very clean!) I feel weird saying this but I enjoy visiting the dentist now. Who'd have thought.
